Catherine Ostrowski Martin Esq.

Catherine Ostrowski Martin, Esq. currently serves in a prosecutions role at the New York State Division of Human Rights since September 2019 and has maintained a legal internship at the Center for Elder Law & Justice since 2017. Previous experience includes internships at the National Disability Rights Network and the Legal Assistance of Western NY, where Catherine participated in the Veterans Legal Corps. An early legal experience as a student attorney at Syracuse University College of Law involved representing elderly clients and developing community outreach presentations. Catherine has contributed to disability law discourse as a journal contributor at the Burton Blatt Institute and has also served as a research assistant. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Syracuse University College of Law, a Master’s Degree, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Disability Studies from Syracuse University School of Education.
