Michael Garcia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development, fundraising, and operational management. Currently serving as Manager II at the Center for Employment Opportunities, Michael has spearheaded the development of AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and implemented a continuous quality improvement methodology.
