Hannah Houts

Hannah Houts currently serves as the Young Families Program Manager and previously held the role of Housing Support Case Manager at The Link Minnesota, where responsibilities include assisting youth and their families in achieving housing stability after homelessness. Prior experience includes roles as an Early Intervention Case Manager at MOVEFWD, an MSW Advocacy Intern at CommonBond Communities, and a Legal Advocacy MSW Intern at Sojourner, among others. Educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Augsburg University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science, Peace Studies from the College of Saint Benedict and in Hispanic Studies from Saint John's University.
