Sierra Rigotti

Sierra Rigotti has extensive experience in development and external affairs within the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Development (Interim) and holding various other titles at the Center for Employment Opportunities since November 2016. In addition, Sierra co-directs the Nonprofit Lighthouse since February 2020. Prior roles include Staff Assistant for Congressman Jim Himes, MYO AmeriCorps Program Director, and Development Associate (AmeriCorps VISTA Leader). Sierra's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Allegheny College and a Master of Professional Studies in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University.
