Raymond Dickson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in energy counseling, tax examination, data development, health insurance advisory, and campaign organization. Currently serving as an Energy Counselor at the Center for Energy and Environment since January 2023, Raymond focuses on advising homeowners about energy use and promoting energy-saving measures. Previously, from July 2018 to January 2023, Raymond worked as a Revenue Examiner for the Minnesota Department of Revenue, addressing tax-related inquiries and ensuring compliance with Minnesota tax laws. Prior roles include resource and data development at HickoryWood Partners, assisting members in health insurance options at Gravie, and serving as a Verifications Specialist at Cargill. Additionally, Raymond organized successful campaigns as a Field Organizer and Communications Consultant from May 2015 to June 2017. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and American Studies, with a focus on Environmental Studies, from St. Olaf College.
