Brian Michelson

Brian Michelson is a Senior Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis, bringing expertise in hybrid warfare and defense technology. With experience in the US Army, Brian has held various leadership roles focused on change management, interagency partnerships, and Garrison command. Michelson has also served as a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council, focusing on artificial intelligence, military robotics, and the weaponization of big data and social media. Brian holds a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College and an MBA from Webster University. Michelson graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Military Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
