Jon Spiesman

Jon Spiesman is an accomplished leadership expert and executive coach, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of One Percent Better Leader since November 2021, and the Managing Owner of Tala Peak Leadership, LLC since May 2021. Jon also holds certification as an Executive Coach with the Center for Executive Coaching. With a robust background in the corporate sector, Jon served as VP and Business Lead for a significant integration project at Bayer from August 2018 to December 2020, and prior to that, held multiple leadership positions at Monsanto Company from 1998 to 2018, including Director of North America Customer Care and EMEA Supply Chain Director. Jon possesses an EMBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
