Dena Ferrell

Dena Ferrell, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Hospital Services and Project Manager at CFG Health Network since February 2019. Prior to this role, Dena held the position of Director of Operations at InSight Telepsychiatry from September 2013 to February 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, coordinating team efforts for program launches, and maintaining customer relations. Dena's experience also encompasses a tenure as Director of Call Center Services at CFG Health Network, managing a 24/7 Access Center, and earlier roles as Intake Coordinator and NJ State Certified Mental Health Screener. Dena earned a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University - Camden.
