Kerr Flanders is the Chief Development Officer at the Center for Family Life & Recovery since January 2022, previously serving as Director of Marketing and Development. Flanders has extensive experience in organizational development, having held the position of Director of Annual Support Programs at Utica College and Director of Development at The Neighborhood Center Inc., where responsibilities included fund development and special events. Additionally, Flanders was the Foundation Executive Director at Rome Memorial Hospital, overseeing fundraising and community engagement. Previous roles also include business ownership at Revolve and various management positions at the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Warner Brothers Studios Store, and Gap Inc. Flanders holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Family and Consumer Economics from Buffalo State University.
