Eileen Henderson

Chief Operating Officer at Center For Family Services

Eileen Henderson has a diverse work experience in the field of social services. From 1998 to the present, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Family Services. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as facilitating a merger of three organizations, managing a $14 million social service program, and creating a housing program for youth aging out of foster care.

In addition, Eileen worked as a Professor of Sociology at Rowan University from 2001 to 2002. During this time, they shared their knowledge and expertise in sociology with students.

Prior to that, Eileen served as the Executive Director at TogetheI Inc. from 1998 to 2001. In this role, they were responsible for managing a 1.5 million dollar nonprofit social service agency, overseeing hotline services, substance abuse treatment, youth shelter services, and an afterschool program.

Eileen Henderson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rowan University in 1977. Eileen then went on to obtain a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Delaware from 1981 to 1983.
