Warren Hern

Warren Hern serves as the Founding Chairperson of the Academy of Health Science Charter School and has held the position of President and CEO at EastBay Ventures since December 2014, focusing on venture capital and consulting. Warren Hern is also a board member of EnhancedCareMD, CGR | Center for Governmental Research, and the Venture Jobs Foundation, among others. Warren Hern played a key role as Co-CEO in the creation of Rochester Regional Health through merger and previously led Unity Health System as President and CEO for over two decades. Warren Hern holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
