Heather Foster

Heather Foster has been working in human resources for over ten years. Heather started their career as an HR coordinator at a small firm and then moved on to become the HR manager at a resort. In their current role as residential manager at a center for human development, Heather is responsible for the management of the HR functions for over 250 full-time and seasonal employees. Heather is also responsible for all aspects of employee files, including transmitting employee information to the corporate office on a bi-weekly basis to run payroll. In addition, Heather is responsible for off-boarding employees, recruiting employees, and managing the employee-housing program.

Heather Foster has a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Montana State University-Billings and a Professional Service Coordinator Certificate from Ohio State University - PSC.

They work with Sammy Woods - Residential Manager CIS Hartford, Mark Psomas - - Residential Manager-Compass House, and Student/Community Volunteers - Agency placements. Their manager is Paul Tang, Assistant Program Director.
