Xiaolu Lu

Xiaolu Lu is a skilled mental health professional currently serving as a school-based mental health therapist at the Center for Human Services since August 2022. Prior experience includes working as a research assistant at the Boston College Gender-Sexuality Alliance Lab from October 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities involved participant communication, data analysis using Excel and Qualtrics, and designing projects for Gender-Sexuality Alliance activities. Xiaolu Lu also worked as an in-home therapist at The Home for Little Wanderers from September 2021 to May 2022 and as a summer camp counselor at Triumph Center Inc. in June 2021, focusing on managing activities and supports for children with special needs. Xiaolu Lu holds a Master of Arts in mental health counseling from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from The Ohio State University.
