Victor Omondi currently serves as a Community Assistant at the Center for International Health, Education, and Biosecurity (Ciheb) at UMB, focusing on community engagement and health promotion since October 2021. Prior to this role, Victor worked at the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) as a Community Health Assistant from December 2016 to September 2021 and as a Field Officer with kemri-faces from February 2015 to October 2016, specializing in health education and the promotion of HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment. Victor holds a Diploma in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from Mount Kenya University and possesses excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in managing HIV medication adherence and referrals to community-based services.
