David Jenkins

David Jenkins, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning multiple organizations and leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of International Human Resources at the Center for International Private Enterprise since May 2024, David focuses on human resource strategy and employee relations for international staff. Prior experience includes managing global HR at iMMAP Inc. and establishing the HR function at the International Budget Partnership. David’s extensive career also features significant roles in higher education HR leadership at George Washington University and strategic operations at the PCAOB. Earlier experiences include consultancy roles at the American Red Cross and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, along with foundational work at Arthur Andersen LLP. David holds a B.A. in Classical Studies and Business Management from William & Mary.
