Xavier Chmelewsky

Xavier Chmelewsky has a diverse range of work experience in various HR roles. Xavier began their career as a Vacataire Service HR 2C at the Ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Développement international in 2012. Xavier then worked as a Cvent Specialist at American Express Global Business Travel from 2013 to 2014.

In 2015, Xavier worked as an Assistant Ressources Humaines en stage at LA ROBINETTERIE INDUSTRIELLE, where they gained experience in various HR administrative tasks, including personnel management, payroll, and reporting.

From 2016 to 2018, Xavier was with Jet Services Group, first as a Chargé de Ressources Humaines en Alternance, and later as an Adjoint au Directeur des Ressources Humaines. During this time, they continued to develop their HR skills and knowledge.

In 2018, Xavier joined Biologique Recherche as an HRBP, where they played a vital role in supporting the HR needs of the company until 2020. Xavier then briefly worked as an RRH at GODOT ET FILS from September to December 2020.

Most recently, Xavier is currently working at Jahia Solutions as an HR & Office Manager, starting in January 2022.

Xavier Chmelewsky completed their education history with a Master 2 degree in Responsables Ressources Humaines from Talis Business School, which they pursued from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a DEES Assistant des Ressources Humaines degree from Diplôme Européen d'Etudes Supérieures in 2014, after completing a Licence Bac +3 program in the same field of study.
