Marc Schleifer is an experienced professional in development and partnerships, currently serving as the Director of Development and Partnerships at the Center for International Private Enterprise since July 2008. In this role, Marc has cultivated relationships with private sector stakeholders, government donors, and foundations to identify collaboration opportunities and generate funding. Previously, Marc worked as a Program Officer at the National Endowment for Democracy, managing grant programs focused on rule of law and good governance in Eurasia. Earlier experience includes roles at Wachovia Bank as an Associate in Global Government Banking, as a Marketing Coordinator at Chadbourne & Parke LLP in Moscow, and as a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant with the Eurasia Foundation. Marc holds an MA in International Development from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in College of Letters with a focus on Russian Language & Literature from Wesleyan University.
