Guilaine Senecal

Guilaine Senecal currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at the Center for Internet Security since November 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Director at Cornell University's Office of Research Integrity, where Guilaine directed a program overseeing regulatory and financial compliance for over $1 billion in research operations and led a strategic policy overhaul. Guilaine's background also includes serving as Counsel at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, supporting economic development initiatives and representing the corporation in complex transactions. As an Associate Attorney at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, Guilaine conducted internal investigations, represented companies in civil litigation, and coordinated large-scale electronic discovery. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law degree from Columbia Law School, a Master of Music from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Smith College, graduating cum laude.
