Jessica Mastroianni is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and grant management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the Center for Internet Security since June 2020, Jessica oversees CISA-funded project initiatives for the Operations and Security Services department, supporting critical election infrastructure communities. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at UL Product Supply Chain Intelligence, where Jessica managed chemical compliance initiatives and regulatory service projects, and as a Grants and Special Projects Manager at the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner, leading multi-million dollar grant proposals that significantly impacted the Department's budget. Jessica holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Forensic Science from Pace University and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Public Administration and Public Policy from the CUNY Graduate Center.
