Kristina Rankin

Kristina Rankin, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Boscov's Department Store, LLC as a Cosmetics Sales Manager. In 2015, they joined the Center for Internet Security and held various roles, starting as a Human Resources Specialist. Kristina then progressed to the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist before becoming the Employee Experience Manager in January 2020. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources at the Center for Internet Security.

Kristina Rankin, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The College of Saint Rose. Kristina attended the university from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In February 2018, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. In July 2019, they completed the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth. In November 2019, they obtained the Kanban Management Professional (KMP-II) certification from Kanban University. Most recently, in November 2021, they completed the Women in Leadership Certificate Program from Cornell University.
