So Young Lee

So Young Lee is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer at the Center for Justice Innovation since October 2024. Prior to this role, So Young Lee held the position of Director of Human Resources at the Center for Urban Community Services from July 2011 to October 2024. Earlier experience includes roles as Program Director and Clinical Supervisor at CUCS from 2006 to September 2009, Clinical Supervisor at Goddard Riverside from 2004 to 2006, and Community Organizer/Social Worker at Gracie Square Hospital from 2002 to 2004. So Young Lee earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yonsei University.
