Brittany Lavery

Brittany Lavery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and people operations. Currently serving as a Strategic People Manager at The Center for Leadership Studies since January 2020, Brittany has also held roles such as Strategic People Operations Specialist and Account Executive within the same organization. Prior to this, Brittany worked at Dreambox Learning as a Regional Sales Manager and at Blackboard in similar sales management roles. Early career experiences include positions at Ward and Smith, P.A. and East Carolina University, among others. Brittany holds a Psychology degree from East Carolina University and furthered education in the Psychology of Leadership at Penn State University.
