Catherine Hayes, PCC, CTPC, is an experienced executive coach and master trainer at The Center for Leadership Studies, specializing in leadership development through executive and team coaching based on the Situational Leadership® model. Catherine has held various roles, including Learning Specialist at Bioclinica, where responsibility centered on professional development for global managers, and Leadership Development Director at The Salvation Army Eastern Pennsylvania & Delaware Divisional Headquarters, providing mentorship and leadership training.
