Danica Toh is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in mindful self-compassion, integrative somatic practice, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Currently serving as a Mindful Self Compassion Teacher at the Center For Mindful Self-Compassion and an Integrative Somatic Practitioner at Soma Circle & Six Spac, Danica also holds the position of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Trained Teacher with the Mindfulness Training Institute - Australia New Zealand. Additionally, as a Yoga Therapeutics Specialist with Yoga Medicine®, Danica focuses on mental health, chronic conditions, and restorative practices.
