Natalie Bell serves as the Associate Executive Director at the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion since May 2018, where responsibilities include directing public programs and managing curriculum, marketing, and communications. In addition to this role, Natalie has been the Director of Online Programs, overseeing various mindfulness and self-compassion training initiatives. Natalie also works as a Mindfulness Consultant at UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center, teaching signature mindfulness practices and leading workshops. As the Owner of Mindful Wellness, Natalie provides individual and corporate mindfulness training and wellness programs. Previously, Natalie held several roles in corporate mindfulness and healthcare, including Director of Corporate Programs at Unplug Meditation and Director of Rehabilitation Services at Century City Doctors Hospital. Natalie’s educational background includes studies at UC Santa Barbara, The University of New Mexico School of Medicine, and UCLA.
