Sean McPhilomy

Sean McPhilomy has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Strategic Growth and Managing Director at The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. Prior to that, they served as President at Capitol Performance LLC.

Sean's previous experience includes working as Sr General Manager - Operations at All Native Group, The Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc., where they successfully implemented project and program management methodologies, resulting in record-setting revenues and profits.

Before that, Sean served as Vice President at PotomacWave and as President at Capitol Performance LLC. Sean also worked at PwC, Grant Thornton, Arthur Anderson, and Arthur Andersen LLP, where they served as a Manager in each role. Overall, Sean has a proven track record of driving organizational change and achieving impressive results.

Sean McPhilomy PMP graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in the years 1983 to 1988. Sean also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business in the same time frame. As an additional certification, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2020.
