Sarah Holland CEng, FRSA, is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in program and policy leadership. Currently serving as the Programme and Policy Lead (Energy) at Greater Manchester Combined Authority since December 2020, Sarah also holds the position of Project Development Lead at the Local Energy North West Hub since October 2018. Prior roles include Director at ENTEC Connections Ltd, where a focus on connecting energy users with technology companies was emphasized, and Energy Strategy & Development Manager at Interserve Support Services, responsible for strategy and innovation. Sarah's prior experience includes prominent positions such as Associate Director - Head of Consultancy at RES, where strategic energy advice was provided to commercial organizations, and various roles at Max Fordham LLP, culminating in partnership status in 2006.
