Sheila Hendizadeh

Sheila Hendizadeh is a first-generation Iranian-American raised in California, residing in Los Angeles. She received her BA in Public Administration from San Diego State University. The day she graduated, she knew that she wanted to do something with her career that helped better other people’s lives. Prior to becoming a recruiter at the Center for Policing Equity (CPE), she was in talent acquisition, where she helped others find new career opportunities. As a daughter of two immigrants who came from Iran, she found a home at CPE and works toward a goal to better the future. One of her favorite parts about working at CPE is that as humans they can all come together and help each other outside the stigmatized society and work together to achieve the same goal.
