Alisha Brooks

Alisha Brooks, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Alisha most recently served as the Chief of Equity, People & Culture at the Center for Popular Democracy. Before joining the Center for Popular Democracy, Alisha worked as the Manager of Administration at Equal Justice USA, where they managed full-cycle recruitment, implemented a new PTO time-tracking system, and administered benefits. Alisha also gained experience as an Executive Human Resources Coordinator at Rosenzweig Financial Services, where they supported insurance brokers, managed employee benefits, and handled various administrative tasks.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Corporate Communications from Baruch College from 2005 to 2008. Alisha also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Bowie State University, obtained in 2004.
