Rabia Syed

Rabia Syed is an experienced professional in technology, data, and security, currently serving as the Director of Technology, Data, and Security at the Center for Popular Democracy since March 2016. Previously, Rabia held roles including Director of Technology and Operations and Director of Technology and Systems within the same organization. Prior to that, Rabia was the Data Manager at Transportation Alternatives from January 2014 to February 2016 and worked as a Volunteer Director and Board Member for the South Asian American Digital Archive from 2012 to 2015. Additional experience includes consulting for build in 2012-2013 and various roles at Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America from 2008 to 2012, including Fund Development Performance Manager and Manager of Fund Development Operations. Rabia Syed holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Temple University.
