Tony Alarcón

Senior National Organizer at Center for Popular Democracy

Tony Alarcón serves as Senior National Organizer with focus on Immigration policies, which includes Temporary Protected Status (TPS), 287G Program, Title 42, Build Back Better and more. Tony serves as a conduit between the National coalition and affiliates to understand the diverse policies produced in Congress.

Tony Alarcón is a visionary for social change. Tony recently served as the Field Director for We Are Home, the largest coalition of immigrant rights organizations fighting for immigration relief for the 11 million undocumented immigrants in the United States. Tony has over a decade of experience in community organizing. He lead the NY Dream Act campaign, which provided financial aid to thousands of undocumented students. Tony also serves as a plaintiff in the McAleenan v Vidal DACA lawsuit.

Tony received his B.A. in Liberal Arts from Queens College at the City University of New York.
