David Joniec

David Joniec has a diverse background in Human Resources, with their most recent position being the Director of Human Resources at the Center for Primary Care since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at AdventHealth as an Associate Human Resources Business Partner from March 2018 to June 2023, and as a Regional Employee Relations Specialist from December 2016 to March 2018. David also served as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Compass Pointe Healthcare System from March 2016 to June 2016. Earlier in their career, David was a Personnel Director at Everglades Boats from December 2013 to February 2016. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Human Resources Director at HCR ManorCare from August 2011 to December 2013, where they analyzed various HR operational metrics and facilitated employee management communication.

David Joniec earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Organizational Management and Health Care Administration from La Salle University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In 2007, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's of Science degree in Human Resources from Wilmington University, completing their studies in 2008. In addition to their formal education, David has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
