Rich Merrell

Rich Merrell has extensive experience in the fire and rescue department, serving in various roles such as TAP Facilitator, Technical Advisor, Accreditation Manager, and Lieutenant. Rich has also held leadership positions within organizations like Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department, IAFF Local 2068, and Washington State Council of Fire Fighters. Additionally, Rich has pursued their education in Fire Science, Fire Command Administration, and Fire Service Management.
