Jeff Ostrom

Jeff Ostrom is a seasoned legal professional specializing in licensing, compliance, and intellectual property. Currently serving as Senior Counsel, Licensing and Compliance at the Center for Research in Security Prices (CRSP) since April 2019, Jeff is responsible for drafting and negotiating licensing agreements, conducting intellectual property due diligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Counsel at ACE Hardware, Tech Transactions Attorney at Accenture, and Senior Corporate Counsel at Accuity Inc., among others. Jeff's legal background is complemented by a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law and a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BS in Physics from respective institutions.
