Christopher Cooper is a seasoned policy and advocacy expert with extensive experience in energy policy, regulation, and strategic communications. Currently serving as Policy Director at the Center for Resource Solutions, Christopher has previously held senior positions at Guidehouse as a Senior Research Analyst and Managing Consultant specializing in microgrids and power markets, and as Principal Partner at Oomph Consulting, where contributions included expert testimony and regulatory strategies. Noteworthy accomplishments include successfully leading advocacy efforts for ChildFund Alliance and innovative media strategies for Fortune 200 clients at Marathon Strategies. Christopher holds a Doctor of Law degree from Vermont Law and Graduate School, a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
