David Barnes

David Barnes has extensive experience in policy development, with roles at various organizations like Americans for Prosperity and Generation Opportunity. David has worked on a range of policy issues including regulations, tax, spending, energy, labor, trade, and technology. Prior to their current role, David served as a Senior Policy Analyst at e21 and as a Senior Domestic Policy Analyst at the Republican National Committee. David also held positions at Freedom Partners Chamber of Commerce and The Heritage Foundation. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Yale University.
