Rochelle Sparko

Rochelle Sparko is currently the Director of NC Policy at the Center for Responsible Lending since September 2019. Prior to this role, Rochelle served as the Policy Director at the Carolina Farm Stewardship Association from November 2013 to September 2019. Rochelle also worked as a Staff Attorney at the North Carolina Justice Center from August 2008 to October 2013 and at the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii from June 2004 to May 2008. Rochelle holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Womens Studies from Barnard College. Additionally, Rochelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Jewish/Judaic Studies from The Jewish Theological Seminary.
