Jillian Linster is currently serving as Assistant Policy Director at the Center for Rural Affairs. With a background in English literature and culinary arts, Jillian has extensive experience in academia as a lecturer and coordinator. Jillian's educational journey includes a PhD in Early Modern British Literature from the University of Iowa, an MA in English Literature from the University of South Dakota, and culinary arts training from the Western Culinary Institute.
