Santiago Amieva's work experience includes serving as the Sr. Manager of Programs & Chief of Staff to the President & CEO at the Hispanic Heritage Foundation from 2007. In this role, they managed relationships and agendas for the President & CEO and oversaw various programs and campaigns. Santiago also worked as the Event Coordinator for the Hispanic Heritage Awards and managed event logistics. Additionally, Santiago worked as a Public Relations Fellow at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide in 2012. Before that, they interned at the Inter-American Development Bank and conducted research for the Economic and Social Progress in Latin America Report in 2006. Santiago's research findings were published in the flagship publication of the IDB.
Santiago Amieva attended the University of Maryland from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Geography.
