Kjersten Hyberger is currently working as a Local Foods Associate at the Center for Rural Affairs. Prior to this, they held positions as a Research Associate and Sustainability Specialist at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Kjersten also served as a Legislative Intern at Zulkoski Weber. They obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with a minor in Energy Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and an Associate of Applied Science in Foodservice/Hospitality from Southeast Community College.
