Kati Dressen

Kati Dressen is an experienced surgical technician currently working at the Center for Special Surgery in Fargo, ND since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kati held various positions in sales and operations, including Distributor Account Manager at Acosta Foodservice and District Sales Representative at both Cash-Wa Distributing Co. and Food Services of America. With a background as an Operations Analyst at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, Kati developed strong customer service and communication skills while assisting applicants with Unemployment Insurance processes. Kati began a career in sales at Osteologic, Inc., providing surgical support and developing marketing tools. Kati holds an associate degree in Surgical Technology from Anoka Technical College.
