Lauren Wainczak

Lauren Wainczak, CPA, is the Senior Director of Finance & Accounting. She oversees all of CSS’s fiscal operations, including reporting to the Board, auditors, and granting agencies. She ensures that the organization is in compliance with all federal and state regulations and follows non-profit generally accepted accounting practices. Prior to joining CSS, Lauren was an Accounting Manager, senior auditor, and consultant. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Trenton State College.
