Meredith Mullen

Meredith Mullen is a Community School Director working with Mahatma K. Gandhi Community School (PS 23) in Jersey City, NJ. As a Community School Director, Meredith is responsible for the day-to-day management of the community school strategy in collaboration with school leadership and community partners. Prior to joining CSS, Meredith was a Community School Coordinator in Tampa, FL where she worked to support all stakeholders with various programming and wraparound services. She has also been a classroom teacher and academic coach at the elementary level and a Magnet lead teacher. Meredith holds a master’s degree in exceptional student education from the University of South Florida and earned an ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate and bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Tampa.
