Previously, Novella held positions such as Sr. HR Business Leader at ChenMed, Sr. Director of Human Resources at Ochsner Health, Sr. Director of Human Resources at Divine Care Trans, Inc., Director, HR Business Partner at ADP, and Sr. Human Resources Consultant at Trammell Crow Company. Novella has extensive experience in managing human resources functions, employee relations, training and development, and strategic HR initiatives. Novella holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice & Business Administration.
