Lauri has held various managerial roles at different organizations such as Center for Sustainable Energy, Talent Evolution, LLC, and California Center for Sustainable Energy. From managing outreach programs to overseeing events and partnerships, Lauri has consistently worked towards promoting energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. With a background in business management from the University of Phoenix, Lauri continues to make significant contributions to the energy sector.

Center for Sustainable Energy® (CSE) is a national nonprofit that accelerates adoption of clean transportation and distributed energy through effective and equitable program design and administration. Governments, utilities and the private sector trust CSE for its data-driven and software-enabled approach, deep domain expertise and customer-focused team. CSE works in over a dozen states that are home to a third of all Americans. We effectively, efficiently and equitably launch, manage and optimize incentive programs valued at over $4 billion including: • The largest, longest-running EV incentive program in the U.S. • The largest statewide EV charging infrastructure program in the U.S. • The largest solar program for multifamily affordable housing in the U.S. CSE’s fee-for-service business model frees it from the influence of shareholders, members and donors, and ensures its independence.
