Lori Galante

Lori Galante is an experienced educator and library consultant with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education. Currently serving as a Library Consultant at the Center for the Collaborative Classroom since June 2021, Lori previously held the position of Reading and Writing Program Chair at The Brandeis School of San Francisco from August 2011 to April 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating teacher training and implementing inclusive literature programs for students. Lori has also served as an Instructional Lead for Grade 3, focusing on curriculum design and distance learning, and has extensive experience as a Children's Literature Consultant, Teacher Mentor, and Student Teacher Advisor. Lori holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA and a Multiple Subject Clear Credential with a Bilingual Cross-Cultural Emphasis from the University of San Francisco.
