Sara Wink, M. Ed., M.S. has extensive experience in the education sector, working with Baltimore County Public Schools since August 2004. As a Staff Development professional, Sara delivers professional learning for K-5 teachers in literacy, math, content, and technology, while focusing on culturally responsive teaching and diverse learners. Previous roles include Reading Specialist and Resource Teacher, where Sara designed curriculum aligned with CCSS standards and developed professional learning opportunities in literacy pedagogy. Additional experience as a Curriculum Writer involved creating assessments and instructional materials to enhance student achievement. Currently serving as an Educational Consultant for the Center for the Collaborative Classroom since October 2022, Sara holds a Master's in Human Resource Development and a Master's in Education focused on Reading Specialist from Towson University.
