Erica Beadling

Erica Beadling, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People & Operations Manager and Human Resources Generalist at the Center for the Study of Services since July 2022, where responsibilities include maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate payroll communication. Prior experience includes roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where Erica advanced from Scheduling and Staffing Administrator to Traveling Scheduling and Staffing Administrator Trainer, focusing on training, scheduling, and payroll management. Previous positions also include Facility Manager at The Exchange, Daycare Teacher at Acorn Hollow Early Learning Center & Montessori of Minot, and various customer service roles. Erica is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management at Park University, building on a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
