The Workforce Development and Training team at the Center for Workforce Inclusion focuses on designing, implementing, and managing programs that provide training and support to older, low-income job seekers. They work to address and overcome employment barriers for underserved populations, including formerly incarcerated individuals, veterans, and women, helping them secure and maintain meaningful employment.
