Juliana Franco

Juliana Franco is a Senior Staff Attorney at the Center for WorkLife Law | UC Law San Francisco since May 2024, previously serving as a Staff Attorney in the same organization from May 2019 to May 2024. With extensive experience in legal support for vulnerable populations, Franco managed projects focusing on income replacement and leave for agricultural workers aiming to prevent prenatal pesticide exposure. Earlier roles included advising workers on their rights at Legal Aid at Work and organizing wage recovery clinics as a Wage Legal Fellow. Franco's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
